 Question:
Besides proper training, is there anything else I will need to work with Action Hospitality Solutions?
Answer:
There are a few additional items you will need to have:
A Valid piece of identification (Drivers License, Passport, Alien ID Card, etc)
A Valid Social Security Card
Proper uniform consisting of Black Tuxedo Pants, a White Tuxedo Shirt, a Black Bow-tie, a Black Tuxedo Jacket (Banquet Service Staff) or a Black Tuxedo Vest (Bartenders), Black Non-Slip Shoes, a Wine Opener, a Neat & Clean Appearance, and a Positive Attitude.

Question:
I would like to try working as a Banquet Server or as a Bartender but I don’t have any experience, is there anything I can do?
Answer:
We do offer training for potential Banquet Service Staff and Bartenders through
our preferred training center, Action School of Bartending & Hospitality.
As a Banquet Server, your training will consist of 8 to 12 hours of hands-on classroom
training where you will learn each step of Professional Banquet Service & Operations.
As a Bartender, your training will consist of 20 hours of hands-on training
where you will learn each step needed to a Professional Bartender.
After receiving the proper training, you will be placed in an on-call
position working with various hotels in the Atlanta area.
Question:
I use MARTA to get around the Atlanta area, will I be able work in the Hotels that you service?
Answer:
Absolutely! Several of our client hotels are on the MARTA bus line.
Just let us know that you prefer to be placed at a hotel with access to MARTA and we will do our best to schedule you at those locations.


Question:
How much will I make as a Banquet Server or Bartender with Action Hospitality Solutions?

Answer:
Our Banquet Service Associates earn $10.00 to 12.00 per hour
Our Bartenders earn $11.00 per hour plus additional cash tips.
Averaged out, a properly trained Bartender can earn between $15.00 and $25.00 per hour.
